American Stewards of Liberty...mission is to protect property rights and liberties they secure by defending the use of our land and restoring local control...

Are you familiar with the term “conservation easements”? This contract involves a deal between landowners and a third party with what some believe are false promises, going so far as to describe these contracts as “conservation servitudes.” As explained today on ‘Financial Rebellion,’ changes to the land’s use for the owner is all but off the table unless specified, yet for public purposes, the property can be condemned for the sake of implementing windmills or power lines, among other things. All of this for the sake of “conservation.” Don’t let lack of knowledge get in the way of financial literacy, especially when it comes to the ownership of private property. Speaking Out
“The SEC tried to quickly sneak NACs past Congress and the American public. Thirty-one members of the House of Representatives joined me in a letter demanding a longer public comment period than the ridiculous 21 days originally provided.”
Rep. Harriet Hageman
“NACs are a direct threat to oil and gas production, mineral development, and the farming and ranching communities. It is the fleecing of American’s property rights, consolidation of power, and transfer of wealth on an international scale.”
American Stewards Margaret Byfield
“The proposed creation of Natural Asset Companies is one of the greatest threats to rural communities in the history of our country. Under the proposal, private interests...could use their capital to purchase mineral-rich areas and stop economic activities.”
Utah Treasurer Marlo Oaks
